Oh wait....these are Kelford cams
And they arent custom grind. If you go to Kelfords website, you will also notice that they dont make a 280/280 cam for the IX. The only ones that Kelford makes that can be used with my stock valve springs are 264/270.....what do I have???????

Its an ACT clutch. In which I did not ask for and at the same time, obviously paid $200 too much for.
I wouldve never made this discovery if I didnt have to replace my transmission today, which was the cause of shitty fluid being put in during a service. Not to mention that when I drained my rear diff to replace those fluids, it was OBVIOUS that those fluids didnt get changed during that service. Now I have to resort to making a thread like this. I honestly dont care who gets butthurt and throws a fit. Or even if threats are made. It was a slap to the face and not to mention entirely disappointing to have made these discoveries. You put your trust in someone to work on your car and do the right thing. But instead they take you for granted and fuck you over.
I advise everyone to check the parts that have been put on their cars.
Now I ain't go to fancy shmancy bui'ness skool or nuthin... but I reckon if you paid someone for 280s and an Exedy clutch but got shafted... Hmm... whoever fooked you over obviously went to a better business school than I did.
I know how you feel. I am trying to resolve a few issues myself. Lately, I am starting to feel like the only way to know something is done right is to do it yourself. I am interested to see what Nick is going to say when he sees this post. Have you contacted him directly yet?
That dude doesnt answer the phone. I gave up trying to contact him a while ago. And im so fed up that I decided to make this thread. Also because it makes me wonder who has had work done that has no idea if something was done differently.
I dont care what he has to say about the thread. All I have to say is I found you out BRO.
I hear that. It took me weeks to get a hold of him about my issue, and then took another couple to actually get an appointment. I'll reserve comment on my situation till after I have a chance to talk with him face to face, but this post is not very encouraging.
I can't imagine what the 'other' side of this can possibly say, but am very interested.
