went mir 2day i ran a 11.241 at 124.84mph, my 60 foot was a ok 1.69, 1/8 mile 7.300 at 97.19.i'm going do couple little changes and hopefully in a couple weeks i mght break 10s

Very nice! I was there yesterday. They kicked me out the first run. I was breaking up on top of 3rd and 4th.

Good ET for the trap. Not losing time from driving, so you'll need another 30-40whp to sniff 10s. Are the things you plan to change good for that much power gain?

one track officials said i could run anymore because i dont have a roll bar oh well the hell with it i will back there if not this weekend the next. im running the boost logic kit its a precision 61 dbb only thing that sucks about it has a e trim compressor housing so im going to get the s trim and do couple other liitle things and see what happens

I have the same turbo. Hopefully I can match those times.

Wow man, you trapped 111 and hit 11.2? Nice job!
So, if I can trap 117/118 with the WHP (and probably 122-124 w/alky) I have now based on a couple people, that means I can break 10s on a 20g? Cause I dont even have the alky on yet, and only 22psi. :eek:
I'm not afraid to run it hard either. :D

James, you really need to reread Mason's post. His spark plugs were breaking up at the top, which attributed for his lower than normal trap. I don't even know if it's possible to break 10s at 124 without the car being completely gutted.

He got it down to 10.5 @ 127 or so but that was after even more crazy mods. His cars are not comparable to anything out there, so it's not worth bothering.

I got my car back, Mason. Since everytime my car goes in the FPR changes a little, so I've logged a 6k run this morning and tuned a bit. I'm pretty lean. Probably due to colder weather. But I'll definitely be chasing the dragon soon. Just so much work to do.
You get your plug issue taken care of, yet? And when's that meth kit going on?

I took care of the plug problem the next day. I bought new plugs from NAPA near the house.
I was running with the alky kit at the same boost level...around 24-25psi. We had it on the dyno the day before the track to try and squeeze out some more power but the fuel pump didnt want to push anymore. So we threw in some alky and manage to get some more tq and a little more hp. Again, same boost level. I need to upgrade the fuel pump to a dual or something.

Holy cow, nice! Mellon also cut a 98.03MPH 1/4 in his TT stealth, at 27psi peak/22 redline on a stock MAS a couple years ago.

I would just go now. The worst that can happen is you get booted. And realistically you will probably need a little practice to get below 11.5 anyhow. Also, once you do get the launch/shifting down, you'll get a better slip before you put in the cage (less weight).

I've been away on vacation, and just got back. I have a meth failsafe that's going on as well. I don't trust my car to a possible 12 seconds of running full bore without it being on there. :o
I have a lot of work to do. Just have to squeeze in the time between being a family man and an enthusiast. But I hear you whole heartedly, Rich. Which is why I wanted to get out to ODS for practice of 1-4 gears without the fear of being booted.

Yeah it's been through a lot a shit but its better then that pos he has on the car right now.
Sweet, Miguel and I will be out there both shooting for 11's on pump.
I'm going to try and make it this Sunday.
