I don't know much about modding cars and such, but I was just got an reply email from Mason at AMS saying,


"I believe there are a couple of things out. Not a whole lot though. I believe you can flash them. Let me do my research and I will get back to you."


after i asked him if there was anything out yet for the 08's.

What does Flash mean?:confused:

ECU Flash, which means changing the parameters of the ECU and rewriting it. Also known as a "tune"

oooooooh ok, I think I've heard of that before. It's like doing a BIOS flash on a computer to update it, I guess...

Sure. It's like overclocking your motherboard except for the fact that the new speed (or flash) would still be well within the boards capabilities since it came so underrated from the manufacturer (say pentium, or mitsu lol)

Good analogies on flashing/tuning.

I'm sure that exhausts and intakes will come out fairly quickly.

exhausts and intakes are adding RAM and graphics cards :p
