Hey guys, if anyone out there is looking for some major power for not a ton of money, you need to get a Hyperdrive Digital Alcohol Injection Kit from Extreme Motorsports, the kit is the shit. They have them vehic. specific for evo's and they are totally worth the money. Before i got mine, i dyno'd at 239awhp and 247ft/lbs tq. I added the HD Alky kit, a down pipe and 660 cc injectors... 354AWHP 367 ft/lbs tq!!!!!!!! I still have the stock cams, stock cam gears, stock ecu, and stock turbo, its my daily driver and im running 28 lbs of boost with no problems at all! If you guys have any questions or wanna see the dyno graph, just let me know

Scott :D

Nah, 28 is normal. I actually thought Scott was pushing it all the way to 30 myself, but we did see it put down 350/360 during our Dyno Day, plus he has already trapped 114.8, so he's definitely making the power.

I did 347/383 on 28psi, but I didn't want to run that daily, so I set mine at 26psi (341/361) for peace of mind and for road racing when I will add 100oct just to keep things kosher for long sessions.

Scott, do you have the actual run files? If so, zip them and upload them as attachments. If that doesn't work, email them to me. What bothers me about my curves is that I made huge torque then was making great power up to 5700rpm when everything stopped and plateaued. Your HP curve continues to climb to 6700rpm before dropping off, which is how it should be. I don't know what was causing my power to stop climbing at 5700, but if it would have continued going up to 6700rpm, then I would have had a significantly higher peak WHP.

You get everything you need to set it up: pump, lines, low level sensor, led's serial cable, and digital box with computer program. Its about 750, but its much better than any other kit, takes about 15 min to tune when done right

Hey now, I don't know about it being much better than any other kit. :p The SMC progressive kit is pretty much the standard for the Evo and runs $500, which will be around $700 installed.

Is that Hyperdrive one progressive? Do you know what makes it better than the SMC or other alky kits?

yes it is progressive, and its better because its only one box with minimal wires to hook up, plus you control everything through your laptop and not a bunch of knobs. Personally, i still think its worth it, but everyone has there own opinion :)

if you dont have a laptop, just find someone who does and use it for like 15 min or a half hour and then your done, it doesnt need to be messed with, unless you want to add more or take some out later on down the road
