FATT Aug 6 or 13 [Archive] - DC EVO Club, DC, Maryland and Virginia's Evo Club

Anyone going up for FATT on Aug 6th or 13th? I'm not registered, but I was thinking about going up there just for a fun drive or to watch on one of those days.

I was running back from Gettysburg yesterday with an M3 the whole way, kind of playing cat & mouse, and in Leesburg we talked and he mentioned he's going to be there on the 6th.

A guy who comes into my store a lot with an STi invited me up for the 13th...

Just curious if anyone else is planning on going up for either day? If I go, I'll be taking my video camera.

I would definetely be interested going to fatt.... how long is the drive maybe we can roll up there all together?

That is little out of topic but Steve where is your store at? I might stop by there to get some lunch...

It won't be at the Shenandoah track. It's ridiculous how far behind they are on that track. They are starting to think about cancelling Oct. events on it now. Summit Point is 60 miles west of DC just on the West Va. border. It's a nice drive out there. Gotta watch out for cops though. If I get my Evo fixed in time I'll be there the weekend of the 7th & 8th racing around with the Mercedes Benz Club. You guys should go to that. Should be fun. It's more expensive than a FATT but it's 2 days.

The FATT sessions always sound good but I have to drop $200 for one day and take a day off of work. The two don't go together in my book. I will be making it up to Summit point hopefully later this year with NASA though

I was there on Aug 6th (2 days ago).... I was the only evo on the track.... I destroyed a 360 modena ;P guy wouldnt drive/didnt wanna mess up his pretty little toy....

There are 9-10 Subarus scheduled for FATT on Oct 1st. So if you're going, say hi, we are generally friendly :)
