Stock Clutch Question

Anyone know the price of the stock clutch components?

Clutch disk is $109 (stock) but as far as the rest I am unsure. You could get your flywheel resurfaced if no major damage is present and the pressure plate can be reused aswell. That is what Rmr told me when I asked about there 6puck.
