Besides Chris is anybody else here using the RMR 3" Downpipe?
What is your performance experience/gains with the mod?
Are you using you using it with your stock cat or not (ie. test pipe, high flow cat, etc)?
I'm really desirious of knowing if the performance gain of the RMR down pipe with the stock cats is a good bang for buck mod if I want to stay legal and keep the stock cat?
Sorry, modding and turbos is new to me. I can work my way through computer technology blind folded. Learning to crawl with automotive technology. :D
Thanks all.

Chris informed me that he got a measured 25HP on the dyno from the RMR 3" Downpipe with stock cats.
What is the claimed and measured gains for the HKS 2.5" and cost?
Thanks!
I'm leaning heavy RMR because of the Mitsu connection.
Looks like I will be going with RMR also..

hks is actually 2.65... if it was 2.75 i wouldve kept it instead of canceling my order... i got the buschur 3'' downpipe... honestly i dont recommend it... first off it came dented a lil bit which isnt a big deal... haha.. but the main problem is... it isnt designed all that well.... if you dont add spacers to this one part it will rattle like shit... my mechanic that worked on my car told me the end that hooks up to the o2 bung looked like it wasnt a great matchup and could leak.... so far i dont think its leaking.... but yea i just dont think it was designed all that well because they offered it so quickly to the people. other than the small issues its ok...

My Ultiimate racing downpipe fits perfectly with no spacers.
Chillin,
Buschurs downpipe goes back far enough to where its connected to the o2?

All the sensors fit perfectly and all of the hangers are in the stock position and fit fine with the RMR. No worries.

I've decided to go with the Buschur turbo back exhaust with high-flow cat. Noise is not an issue where I live(WV)! Can anyone here do the install for me? Let me know, we can discuss details. Z1 has this priced at $899.00 shipped. The cheapest I could find the RMR for was $1083 shipped because you have to replace the lower cross braces. I'll be ordering in OCT.
Thanks for any help!
